About us
Emerge Movement Pty Ltd is a mobile exercise physiology service based in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney NSW. We specialise in supporting neurodiverse children, individuals with disabilities, and those managing chronic conditions or recovering from injury. Our evidence-based programs are designed to develop physical capacity, enhance participation, and promote independence—at every stage of life.
We come to you—whether at home, school, the gym, a local facility, or out in the community—making therapy more accessible, familiar, and convenient.
Each program is personalised to meet individual needs, regularly reviewed and adapted to ensure steady progress toward meaningful goals. Our approach is person-centred and goal-driven, empowering individuals through movement that aligns with their abilities and aspirations.
For children, we take a family-centred approach, involving caregivers to help embed movement into daily life and foster an active, healthy lifestyle that supports the child’s interests and development.
What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)?
An AEP is a university qualified allied health professional that specialises in evidence-based exercise interventions for the management and treatment of chronic conditions, disability and injury. Our AEPs are educated on the science of the body and how it works paired with the understanding of many neurological conditions. We specialise in delivering exercise interventions to suit the individual’s goals, whilst accommodating their physical and cognitive needs.
