Services

We provide mobile exercise physiology services to the Sutherland Shire & Surrounding Suburbs to people of all ages.

An exercise physiology session looks different for everyone, but they all focus on your ability and working on your goals.

Things we could work on are:

  • Foundational movement training

  • Management of chronic conditions

  • Recovering from injury

  • Regaining movement or establishing motor patterns

  • Resistance training

  • Aerobic training

  • Mobility, balance and coordination training

  • Learn to swim and water safety

  • Hydrotherapy

  • Other forms of exercise such as sport and child friendly activities that promote functional movement and cognitive processing.

We strive to keep our sessions fun, so that the benefits of exercise and movement can be achieved with active participation and enjoyment.

During our first meeting we will complete your initial consultation. This will include collecting information about you or your child’s medical history and any other information we may need before commencing an exercise program. We may also complete some physical assessments.

The initial consultation usually takes place in the comfort of your own home.

From there, we will work together on your health and wellbeing goals and in which setting these will be implemented (for example, one on one, individualised home or community-based sessions.)

We love supporting people with disabilities achieve their physical health goals. We have experience with:

  • Autism spectrum disorder

  • Cerebral palsy

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Stroke

  • Acquired brain injury

  • Down syndrome

  • Dementia

  • And many more!

Exercise also helps manage a number of chronic conditions and injuries such as:
